Location: Pittsburgh, PA - hybrid 3 days / week

Job Description:
- Tax Reporting and Compliance - S3 Provides operational support for the preparation and maintenance of tax records, returns, and reports for internal and/or external clients.
- Supports the coordination of tax-related regulatory filings.
- Gathers required data elements, as needed, for various regulatory filings.
- Provides status updates on progress of data collection.
- Implements system and operational modifications to comply with more straightforward regulatory changes.
- Updates tax forms and information return layouts.
- Performs first-level quality assurance of tax deliverables for more complex clients in accordance with department policies.
- Tracks data needed for tax calculations.
- Reviews work of junior team members, resolves data discrepancies and escalates issues to more senior team members.
- Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of total work experience preferred.
- Documentation experience W8 W9 tax form processing experience is a bonus
- Experience in financial services or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline preferred.
Logistics:
- Shift (Start/End Time): Flexible in shifts
- Overtime required? depends on volume. However, candidate should be ready for OT. OT won’t be on daily basis though.
- Will this worker be working onsite? Hybrid - 3 days in office
