Industry leader in manufacturing is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for clients and manage the entire ordering life cycle at their state-of-the-art headquarters.
Individual will manage assigned account orders from receipt of PO through product delivery and coordinate with teams across the organization.
- Proficient in use of tools and reports to help facilitate delivery. Understands specific documentation requirements for assigned accounts.
- Maintains accurate notes in order/customer file for business continuity and be able to present financials to management.
- 3 years experience serving as a customer service representative in chemical and/or manufacturing industry.
- ERP experience is required, a plus if it’s Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Manufacturing industry experience is required, a plus if it’s in the chemical space.
- On-site local to Malvern, PA.
