Role: Administrative Assistant

Position Description:
- Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.
- May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take dictation, and produce and distribute memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Review and maintain written and computer files, and develop and maintain a filing system.
- Manage, train and mentor other office staff, lead projects, and handle confidential and sensitive data.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an office support or administrative role
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word.
- Transmits information so it is received and understood in the way it was intended
- Manages tasks to effectively and efficiently complete work responsibilities of self and other
- Strong teammate; be committed to safety, environmental and regulatory compliance
- Ability to prepare accurate and legible reports
