Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Client is seeking an Oracle Lead/Manager for our team on a contract to hire basis.
- For the next year, we will be migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion for ERP and Supply Chain modules.
- This person will be responsible for leading the internal team supporting the effort, reporting to the Oracle Technical Director.
- You will interact heavily with internal Project Managers and Oracle engineer and analyst resources as well as the implementation partner.
- The ideal candidate will be hands on/technical as needed during these migration efforts, drawing upon their experiences from other Fusion related efforts.
- However, after the cloud migration is complete and stabilized, the role will shift more to optimizing our Oracle investment to drive new functionality for our business partners.
- Technical skills will remain important as our business constantly evolves which will likely drive the need for future system integrations and transformations.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:Oracle Fusion, Oracle ERP, SCM and HCM modules , Lead or managerial experience.
- Technical background in Oracle Fusion.
- Experienced in Oracle ERP, SCM and HCM modules .
- At least 1 major Oracle Fusion implementation/upgrade.
- Lead or managerial experience (managerial preferred) .
- Strong communicator .
- Comfortable with <10% travel .
- Relevant Security Industry experience .
- M&A experience .
- “Some” architectural level experience .
