2-Month Temporary Assignment
HOURS: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( On-site)
A premier and privately-owned Financial Services Company is seeking a talented Legal Assistant for a contract assignment at their Shelton headquarters.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing, drafting, and organizing legal contracts and documentation related to a large acquisition.
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new entities into the organization.
- Maintaining and updating records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinating with internal departments to streamline contract workflows.
- Supporting the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Experience with legal contracts, particularly in a corporate or financial setting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal database tools.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to a dynamic workload.
- A Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification (preferred but not required).
