Customer Service Representative
Our global financial services firm client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their King of Prussia location on a contact basis. Hybrid work environment, local candidates only.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Processing lease documentation and fee waiver requests
- Completing account audits and reconciliations
- Processing insurance payments and cancellations
- Handling accounts maintenance
- Processing journal requests
- Adding POs, modifying due dates, and processing vendor requests
- Handling credit reference requests
- Processing lease assignments and tax requests
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years customer service experience, including some call center experience
- Financial services and/or leasing industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Additional Details:
Compensation: To $25.00 / hr
Employment type: contract
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
