Firm Advice is conducting a search on behalf of a global biometrics and identity security technology company for a business-savvy Sr. Contracts Manager. Hybrid position with 2 days per week in office.

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITES:

Cradle to grave contract lifecycle negotiation and administration : Work closely with business teams and customers to lead negotiations for complex contracts with federal agencies, ensuring compliance with FAR, GSA regulations, and company policies. Contracts include GSA schedules, IDIQs, BPA agreements, task orders and OTAs.

Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as primary point of contact between business units and legal teams, identifying risk levels and contract terms. Work with all levels of employees and interface with customers.

Compliance & Reporting : Oversight and management of the GSA Schedule, SAM.gov registrations, including remaining current with government contracting changes and industry trends.

Process Improvement/Training : Identify opportunities for process enhancements, leading initiatives to streamline contract processes and improve efficiency, and provide training and guidance to internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Six (6) plus years of federal government contracting experience, including experience working with FAR, DFAR and the GSA schedule.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through presenting strong summary of risks and recommended mitigation plans.
