Our client, a leader of white-label HR solutions, is seeking an experienced a dynamic Product Manager with a strong design sensibility. This role will have you managing multiple products, building processes from the ground up, and shaping the product vision with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic product plans across our SaaS platform.
• Advocate for design excellence until we onboard a dedicated Product Designer.
• Establish and refine product processes, manage backlogs, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, and leadership to ensure timely product launches.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and market data to drive ongoing improvements.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years product management experience, preferably within a SaaS context.
• Comfortable taking on a variety of tasks, including light design work.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
• Skilled at creating new processes and frameworks in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Data-driven, user-focused, and an effective communicator.
