Your Role and Impact:

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout, and machinery operate at maximum efficiency and output. You will lead the site Maintenance function in both reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance services on all operational equipment and facility infrastructure. Your role will involve planned scheduling creation, overseeing adherence and timely completion of work, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site operational effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

• Take overall accountability for all maintenance and electrical activities at the site level.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs for all plant facilities, equipment, and machinery.
• Maintain working knowledge of best-in-class maintenance practices, including HSE, training, and all applicable building codes.
• Manage PM work order repair system, schedule work, assign resources, purchase materials, and maintain repair part inventories.
• Identify contractors, follow RFQ process, and manage approved maintenance and capital projects using outside vendors.
• Oversee and lead the work of a group of employees, planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies to encourage optimum performance.

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma is required; a technical degree is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with proven team leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computer-based PM programs and Microsoft Office.
• Maintenance and electrical experience in an industrial environment.
