Specializing in environmental litigation, permitting, and regulatory enforcement, the firm helps clients navigate complex NEPA, CEQA, and clean energy incentives. Key Responsibilities:

• Environmental Litigation: Represent clients in environmental litigation, providing expertise in handling complex environmental disputes and regulatory matters.
• Compliance Counseling: Advise clients on compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal laws.
• Permitting and Remediation: Assist clients in navigating permitting processes and addressing environmental remediation issues in various projects.
• Transactional Support: Conduct environmental due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, offering strategic advice on environmental considerations and risks.
• Regulatory Enforcement: Represent clients in regulatory enforcement actions, negotiating with regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with enforcement requirements.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in environmental law, with substantial exposure to litigation.
• A strong understanding of regulatory compliance, permitting, and remediation processes.
• Experience with transactional matters, including due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
