Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday-Friday (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, variable) with occasional weekend and off-day availability for emergencies.

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Plant Maintenance Manager to join our team at a high-volume manufacturing facility in Dallas, TX. This role is integral to maintaining operational efficiency by managing a diverse maintenance team, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, and providing technical expertise during breakdowns. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership :
- Manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team of technicians, mechanics, electricians, and ammonia specialists.
- Assign work, manage schedules, and ensure team performance aligns with plant objectives.
Technical Oversight :
- Provide hands-on support for equipment troubleshooting and major breakdowns.
- Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards for equipment and processes.
Preventive Maintenance :
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Operational Efficiency :
- Ensure smooth operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Understand and manage equipment like HTST, pumps, valves, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills :
- Proven leadership experience in managing maintenance teams.
- Expertise in ammonia refrigeration systems .
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including ACDC motor knowledge.
- General maintenance experience across various systems.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with PLC systems.
- Proficiency in CMMS for scheduling and tracking maintenance.
