Location : Las Vegas, NV 89119

Position : Manager of Demand Planning

Pay Rate : $130,000–$170,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Summary:

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager of Demand Planning to lead our demand planning team. This role is critical to analyzing and anticipating global market trends using demand plans and scenario planning to determine market sizes and safety stock requirements for raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods. The Manager will develop and execute supply planning strategies to support revenue growth, minimize excess and obsolete inventory (E&O), and balance priorities for service levels, inventory, and operational efficiencies within a quarterly planning horizon.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and anticipate global market trends using demand planning and scenario planning tools.
  • Determine safety stock levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Develop and implement supply planning strategies to support revenue growth and minimize E&O risks.
  • Balance service level priorities, inventory management, and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with finance, product development, project management, and global supply chain partners to align plans and strategies.
  • Oversee system configuration, testing, implementation, and provide end-user support and training for ERP and advanced planning systems.
  • Manage and analyze large data sets, leveraging advanced Excel skills and reporting tools.
  • Operate effectively in a professional office environment with standard office equipment.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Strong background in supply chain management, business intelligence, forecasting, and planning.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, implementation, and user support/training for ERP and advanced planning systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large data sets.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, product development, project management, and supply chain partners.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience managing safety stock levels and scenario planning for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Familiarity with operational efficiencies and balancing service level priorities within a planning horizon.


Compensation:

  • Estimated Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year, based on experience.
