Executive Chef – High-Volume Full-Service Restaurant

Salary: Up to $110,000 + Bonus

Location: San Antonio, TX

What You’ll Do:

  • Culinary Leadership: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu creation, recipe adherence, and maintaining exceptional food quality.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation, equipment use, and food safety practices to ensure consistent excellence.
  • Operational Management: Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently while meeting health and sanitation standards.
  • Catering Oversight: Lead and coordinate catering processes from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Innovation: Develop creative menu ideas and adapt recipes to meet client and guest preferences.


What You Bring:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive kitchen management experience, preferably in high-volume operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant technology.
  • Hands-on culinary expertise and experience with large-scale food production.
  • ServSafe certification (preferred) and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a focus on team success.
