We are looking for experienced High Volume, Full-Service Kitchen Managers in your area to help us grow our concept.

What we require:

• 3+ years’ experience as a full-service, (scratch kitchen) high volume Restaurant KM.
• Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and associate satisfaction at all times
• Exceptional leadership and development of the team
• Manage food costs, tracking waste and controlling labor costs & P&L
• Oversee compliance with all laws, service and safety guidelines

About the job:

• Responsible for daily operations and staff
• Ensure that all controls are in place to minimize losses
• Build sales and control cost
• Ensure that all laws and legislative guidelines are being met
• Hire, manage, train and motivate Team Members.
