Trueline's client, a reputable law firm specializing in insurance defense, construction law, and business and corporate law, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in the Pacific Northwest. This role offers an opportunity to work with experienced attorneys on diverse cases across multiple states.
What You'll Do as the Paralegal:
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case preparation
- Draft and prepare various legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Manage case files and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist attorneys during trial preparation and court proceedings
- Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards
You'll Succeed as the Paralegal if you Have:
- An Associate's degree or higher in Paralegal Studies or a related field
- Paralegal certification (preferred)
- At least 2 years of paralegal experience, ideally in insurance defense, construction law, or business law
- Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
