Job Tittle: Executive Assistant

Location: 6655 Town Square, Alpharetta, GA 30005

Pay Rate: $30.00 per Hour

Contract Length: 6 months *Contract Extension or Conversion to FTE based on Performance, Attendance and Business Need*

Target Start Date: *upon completion of new hire onboarding.


Shift: This role offers the following shift options:

  • 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Float Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)


Job Summary


  • Seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive and their team.
  • This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of confidentiality and sound decision-making abilities.
  • The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate professionalism, and effectively manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities.


Responsibilities


  • Provide high-level administrative support, including conducting research, preparing reports, and handling information requests.
  • Manage day-to-day clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for the executive and team members.
  • Receive visitors and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Efficiently manage calendars and schedules, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Adapt processes and procedures to align with department goals and activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of a highly matrixed organization.


Qualifications


  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience in calendar management and scheduling.
  • Adaptable team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including table creation, mail merges, and formatting.
  • Familiarity with general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling, expenses).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling confidential situations.
  • Experience interacting with senior management is highly desirable.


Education and Other Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role.
