This position would be located at our Denver, Colorado office. DUTIES: Under supervision of lawyers, prepare documents needed for immigration filings with government agencies including legal briefs, forms, and correspondence; manage high volume of cases including monitoring and meeting deadlines, communicating with clients, agents, coworkers, and government agencies, and coordinating preparation and receipt of evidence with multiple parties, and; conduct research.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two or more years of experience as an immigration paralegal in a professional office.
- Experience preparing immigration filings such as H-1Bs, L-1s, E-2s, O-1s, and TN nonimmigrant visa applications, as well as EB-1A, NIW, and PERM immigrant visa filings.
- Associate’s Degree or higher – Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to handle high volume case load while maintaining high level of productivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail
- Flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team
