Our client is a 20 billion dollar packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures in the industry. Managers are usually promoted within 12-18 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.

In Michigan, we are looking for a high level Maintenance Supervisor. The role is dedicated to one machine, the largest of its kind in North America. The focus is purely mechanical. There are 15 reports, Pipe Fitters, Mill Rites and Lubrication Technicians. Ideal experience is someone coming from a paper mill but the correct people leader can be trained on the process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Paper Mill experience is ideal
• Strengths in mechanical maintenance and leadership in maintenance
• Union experience is a plus
