The Sanitation Manager reports directly in to the FSQA Director and is directly responsible for ensuring Critical Control Points and Preventive Controls are monitored and verified as per the HACCP/Food Safety Plan. Root cause analysis and corrective actions as necessary. The Sanitation Manager contributes to the success of the overall plant operation by leading hourly employees to meet cleaning requirements on the sanitation shift.
