Labor and Employment Attorney

Salary: $140,000-$160,000

Company Summary: This very reputable client is currently seeking a driven, and motivated Labor and Employment Attorney to join a nationally recognized team. You will play a key role in handling employment law cases, helping sophisticated clients with nuanced legal issues. In addition, you will be able to contribute a team that is consistently recognized in the industry as a leading and innovative law practice.

Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities:

• Representing client interests in all stages of the litigation process.
• Provide guidance to clients to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Draft legal documents and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Staying informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure strategies remain current.

Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Must be barred in Missouri, license in Kansas also a plus.
• Prior law firm experience required.
