The Associate Designer will build competence in daily tasks with the intention of advancing to a Designer I role. This position involves creating digital 3D models of products using computer-aided design software. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet technical requirements, along with an understanding of relevant procedures and standards.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Learn and demonstrate knowledge of the product range and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project specifications.
• Design products in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Depict parts and features for clarity in manufacturing and use.
• Design and execute tests to validate product performance.
• Maintain accurate records and case files for each project.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• AS in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical) or equivalent certification in a technical or medical field.
• Experience with 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
