We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical products like industrial controls, tank gauging systems, valves, and fittings across industries such as wastewater, oil refineries, chemical plants, food & beverage, and pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a focus on customer service. This role involves on-site and in-house customer training, some international travel, and supporting customer inquiries and in-house repairs when not in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical and mechanical control systems, tank gauging systems, valves, and fittings across various industries (wastewater, oil refineries, chemical plants, food & beverage, pharmaceutical).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical system issues, minimizing downtime for customers.
• Customer Training: Provide on-site and in-house training on system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• International Travel: Travel globally for system installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Customer Support (In-House): Assist with technical inquiries, resolve system issues, and provide in-house repairs.
• In-House Repairs: Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment in the facility.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service records, submit detailed reports, and ensure clear communication with clients and teams.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with internal teams to deliver effective service and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience :

• 5+ years in electrical and mechanical systems, including industrial control, instrumentation, and valves in various industries (wastewater, oil, food, etc.).
• Expertise: Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing issues with motors, actuators, valves, and sensors.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to explain technical issues.
• Training: Ability to train customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Customer Support: Provide remote support and in-house repairs.
• Travel: Willing to travel internationally (up to 70%).
• Customer-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills.
• Software Skills: Proficient in-service management software and MS Office.
• Education: Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Physical Ability: Able to lift equipment and work in varied environments, including confined spaces.
