Position: Intake Specialist

The Primary focus of this position is to process prospective client intakes who are interested in applying for Social Security Disability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from potential clients seeking assistance with Social Security Disability Benefits applications
• Complete the intake form using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Explain Social Security Disability eligibility, benefits and our requirements, expectations and standards.
• Promote the advantages of our services to all prospects
• Document all interactions with prospects and record information according to company policies
• Meet or exceed performance standards set by management, which may change as needed.

Key Details:

• Position: Full-Time (Monday to Friday - No weekends!)
• Location: Onsite or Remote. Our office is located in Brooklyn Park, MN.
• Pay: $13.00 - $14.25 per hour

Qualifications:

• Experience in call center environment preferred.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Demonstrates strong empathy and concern for others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to communicate professionally in challenging situations.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows, the internet, and common web browsers.
• BILINGUAL - English/Spanish is a plus.
