Job Description

InterSystems is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to add to our team to provide the continued optimization and support of Workday’s Core HCM, Benefits, Absence Management and Talent Management modules, and other HRIS systems, used by managers and employees worldwide to achieve business goals. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT in support of 1800 employees based in 27 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical support analyst for HR systems, leading complex HRIS projects and initiatives.
  • Provide advanced functional and technical support, resolve system issues, and ensure data quality and integrity for Workday and other HR systems. Resolve data issues.
  • Provide end user support including root cause analysis and resolution through ticketing system; create/maintain user procedures, guidelines, and business process documentation.


  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Compensation, Benefits, HR managers, HR vendors, and other experts to deliver solutions meeting organizational needs.
  • Provide testing and support for new configurations or deployments.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration. Help train first line regional HR support on business processes in HRIS systems.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements that create efficiency and scalability.

Lead HRIS-related projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of HR and HRIS system experience with in-depth knowledge of Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, and Performance processes and policies.
  • 3+ years of Workday HCM experience required; implementation experience preferred.
  • Experience with Core HCM, Benefits, and Absence Management preferred. Payroll and integration knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, strong ethics.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach. High attention to detail required.
  • Needs strong Excel and other Microsoft applications skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with reporting and data analysis with a demonstrated understanding of the concepts and issues unique to the management of HR data.
