As a Recruitment Coordinator dedicated to one of our premier RPO clients, you will play a key role in driving a seamless and efficient talent acquisition process while representing MSH’s commitment to excellence.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator , you will be fully dedicated to a single client, providing operational and administrative support for all talent acquisition efforts. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure an exceptional recruitment experience. This role operates in a hybrid model, with part of your time spent onsite at the client’s location and the remainder working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling interviews (phone, video, and onsite) across multiple roles and departments.
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, if required, and process reimbursements.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Process Management
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information, interview schedules, and feedback.
- Support the pre-employment process by initiating background checks, drug screenings, and other onboarding tasks.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines to flag delays or bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions.
Client Collaboration
- Partner with the client’s talent acquisition team to provide tailored coordination solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s culture, organizational structure, and hiring priorities.
- Act as an onsite ambassador for MSH, ensuring alignment with client expectations and satisfaction.
Experience Delivery
- Create a positive and seamless candidate experience by providing clear communication and ensuring timely updates.
- Support the recruitment team in employer branding efforts by coordinating events and materials as needed.
- Gather and analyze candidate and stakeholder feedback to improve processes.
