As a Client Services Manager (CSM) dedicated to a key RPO account, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing a strategic client partnership while directly driving talent acquisition efforts to ensure exceptional delivery and client satisfaction.
About the Role
As a Client Services Manager , you will act as the primary point of contact for MSH’s relationship with the client while taking full ownership of the recruitment delivery process. This senior-level account management role requires managing client expectations, building strong relationships, and personally recruiting to deliver top-tier talent. You’ll ensure alignment with the client’s talent acquisition strategy, directly contributing to hiring outcomes while overseeing operational excellence on a day-to-day basis.
This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite collaboration at the client location part of the week and remote work for the remainder.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison between MSH and the client.
- Regularly meet with client leadership to understand business needs, hiring priorities, and long-term workforce strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance and actionable insights to enhance the client’s talent acquisition outcomes.
- Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
Recruitment Delivery & Ownership
- Take full ownership of requisitions, personally sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates across various roles and levels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gather detailed role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Utilize sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, leveraging tools, networks, and industry knowledge.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, present qualified talent to hiring managers, and manage the interview and feedback process.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of candidates, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of hiring goals.
Operational Excellence
- Actively manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all stakeholders.
- Partner with recruitment coordination teams to ensure smooth scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction, while identifying areas for improvement.
- Continuously refine processes to align with client needs and improve recruitment efficiency.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Mentor and support other recruiters and coordinators assigned to the client account, ensuring alignment with client and MSH standards.
- Act as the onsite ambassador for MSH, fostering collaboration between the client and delivery team.
- Lead regular check-ins and strategy sessions with both the client and internal teams to align on goals, challenges, and performance.
