PEOPLE OPERATIONS MANAGER

ONSITE - no remote, no hybrid - Must live within reasonable commute to

Key Responsibilities

TALENT MANAGEMENT: Execute performance management processes in partnership with department leadership, ensure all documentation is properly completed and filed, and provide recommendations for enhancements.


EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to employees, resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Assist with investigations, performance management, and terminations as necessary.


HR OPERATIONS: Collaborate with our providers to manage benefits, payroll, and compliance. Own the ongoing management and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems. Provide recommendations to streamline operations and enhance employee experience.


COMPLIANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations in the US. Advise leadership on new legislation or regulations impacting the company and ensure the employee handbook is updated and consistent.


HR SYSTEMS. Maintain accuracy within the company’s HRIS system and coordinate the integration of newly acquired businesses, including gathering payroll/benefits data, worker's compensation, and other employee records.


TALENT ACQUISITION: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization in the United States.


Qualifications

  • Experience : 5-7 years of senior HR leadership, including HR Manager level roles in dynamic, high-growth environments.


  • Global Exposure : Demonstrated success partnering with international teams, balancing global consistency with local customization.


  • Analytical Mindset : Expertise in HR metrics and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Communication : Exceptional English communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus, but not required.


  • Leadership : Proactive, decisive, and empathetic, with a proven ability to inspire confidence and alignment across stakeholders.


  • M&A Expertise : Experience managing human capital during mergers and acquisitions, including integration and cultural alignment.
