The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and efficiency of multiple total rewards programs. This position involves managing and enhancing the HRIS system, creating insightful dashboards and reports, and supporting benefits, compensation, and payroll functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HRIS Management and Maintenance
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of global employee data within the HRIS, including personal details, employment status, payroll information, and time and attendance records.
- Conduct data cleansing and quality assurance checks to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Configure and customize the HRIS system to align with business needs and HR processes.
- Implement system upgrades, manage updates, and maintain access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS system issues promptly.
Compensation and Benefits Support
- Support global compensation analyses, including wage studies, FLSA compliance, pay equity reviews, and ad-hoc requests.
- Assist with the administration of benefits programs, ensuring the HRIS is properly configured for open enrollment, new hires, and life events.
- Facilitate accurate and timely employer contributions and employee payroll deductions to carriers and service providers.
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate reports and dashboards to identify trends and patterns in areas such as employee turnover, performance, and workforce demographics.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Performance Management and Job Descriptions
- Assist in the administration of performance management processes, merit planning, and reviews.
- Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions, ensuring they reflect the duties and responsibilities of each position.
Payroll and Leave Administration
- Support payroll processing globally, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in administering leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Collaboration and Compliance
- Respond to inquiries related to benefits and compensation, providing exceptional support to the HR team.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in systems such as UKG, SAP, and other HRIS platforms.
- Collaborate with auditors by providing documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of HRIS experience, with a focus on analysis and dashboards.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (preferably UKG and SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Payroll processing experience (ADP/UKG) is highly desirable.
- Experience with benefits and compensation administration is a plus (training provided).
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and pension regulations is advantageous.
