Job Title: Aftermarket Sales Representative (ASR)



What You’ll Do

As an Aftermarket Sales Representative at HaF Equipment, you'll play a crucial role in connecting with customers and helping grow our brand. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Territory Management: Strategically manage your assigned territory, focusing on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Project Development: Identify and follow potential new projects, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking.
  • Customer Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing customers, traveling only for pre-arranged visits.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term connections by learning about customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Engagement: Promote HaF’s services, including audits, spare parts, and H-Series equipment, while expanding partnerships.
  • Customer Problem-Solving: Collaborate with customers to address challenges and deliver effective solutions.
  • Salesforce Usage: Document sales activities and customer information in Salesforce to streamline communication and project management.



What We’re Looking For

This position is designed for candidates eager to start or grow their sales careers. Ideal candidates have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business management, communication, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to a constantly evolving role.
