Looking for a Dallas Based Director of Sales for an Cybersecurity Start-up who are a pioneer in the Enterprise Brower Space. They just raised $175 million in Series D Funding.
As part of their growth plans, to grow the team from 7 to 20 AEs this year , they are looking for a Director of Sales who can scale the Mid-Market Team and build on a winning culture.
A Current Mid-Market Account Executive's results from their first year: Closed 8 deals in Q4. 115% Attainment on $750k Ramped Quota. $1.05M Deal closed in Q3 (Insurance Company). 6 months Ramp, then Closing Deals Quick, with less than 6 months sales cycles and $150k ADS.
Compensation: $280-300k OTE + $250-300k equity. Good progression opportunities within the company as well as a winning culture.
