Ogle Property Solutions, a leading as-is cash-buying real estate investment firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our Sales Team.
In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, coaching team members to success, and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure we meet and exceed company objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Sales Team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to help team members excel.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on growth and success.
- Strategic Sales Oversight:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to align the team with company goals and initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, buyers, and investors.
- Oversee high-level negotiations and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Collaboration & Innovation:
- Partner with leadership to refine sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate quality leads and support sales initiatives.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role (real estate experience preferred).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive results.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to team and company success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $55,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and commissions.
