Are you an ambitious, results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Do you have the potential to grow into a leadership role? We are looking for a Sales Representative  to join our dynamic as-is cash-buying real estate investment team at Ogle Property Solutions, with a clear path for career growth into a Sales Manager  position.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business, building relationships with clients, and driving the sales process from start to finish. You’ll receive the support, training, and mentorship needed to advance within the company and potentially transition into a Sales Manager role as you gain experience and demonstrate your leadership potential.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Actively prospect and generate new real estate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors to facilitate the sales process.
  • Negotiate offers, assist with contract preparation, and ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed on market trends and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve both individual and team goals.
  • Receive coaching and feedback to develop your skills, with the potential to step into a leadership position (Sales Manager) in the future.


Qualifications :

  • Previous sales experience (real estate or other industries) is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong desire to grow in the real estate industry and pursue a leadership role in the future.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
