Position: Document Control Specialist
Location: Durham, NC (On-Site)
Pay: $20 to $25/hour (depending on experience)
Education/Experience: Associate degree and 2 years of experience, or Bachelors degree and 0 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm
Greene Resources is seeking a Document Control Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

- Performs operational duties in support of regulatory, security, and industry practices compliance documentation.
- Supports physical records digitization efforts in collaboration with external vendor.
- Supports record retention and management including archiving and record destruction by established vendors.·
- Coordinates receiving and delivery of RTI intellectual property to maintain and track document chain-of-custody.
- Supports the processing and management of project and institutional agreements related to data and information use.
- Serves as backup support for electronic data/document management & quality management systems.
- Manages process for creation, revision, and retirement/archive of intellectual property and controlled documents, including research-related outputs, standard operating procedures, and training records.
- Provide administrative support for overall CRC department as needed for tasks such as supply ordering, spreadsheet design, and procedural edits.
- Supports staff with implementation of system workflows.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work well with others demonstrating good customer service skills
- Ability to listen and communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to lift approximately 35 lbs.
