Experience: 2+ years of experience in event planning, education programming, editorial/publications, or project coordination (preferably in an academic, association, or conference setting).
Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree.

Greene Resources is seeking a Part-time Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Manage content timelines and deliverables for the Annual Convention & Trade Show and Building Enclosure Symposium.
- Maintain event trackers to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate communications with authors, speakers, committee members, volunteers, and staff.
- Support the online learning platform (LearnUpon) by enrolling learners, addressing inquiries, and generating reports.
- Oversee the Education email inbox, responding to or routing inquiries as needed.
- Process online learning sales in MemberSuite and manage yearly billing for the CEH Provider Program.
- Perform additional administrative duties and projects as assigned.ng and invoicing for the CEH Provider Program
- Other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Experience coordinating speakers, authors, or volunteers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and virtual platforms (Zoom).
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or association management systems (AMS).
- Knowledge of association management and event logistics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
