Role: Account Executive

Location: Boston MA (Hybrid)

Salary: $110K–$120K Base / $220K–$240K OTE

We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive enterprise expansion and scale SMB sales efforts for an innovative SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demos, negotiation, and close.
• Target SMBs (<250 employees) with deal ACVs of $10K–$30K.
• Help mature and scale the sales motion in a high-growth environment.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success at a Series A/B/C startup.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and deal structuring skills.
• Experience in strategy and deal structuring
