Your marketing agency experience—5+ years strong —has prepared you to manage complex client portfolios, balancing multiple priorities with skill and precision.
You guide your team, mentoring account managers and inspiring them to exceed expectations. You set clear KPIs for client retention , satisfaction , growth , and billable utilization . You provide actionable feedback and empower your team to hit these targets and grow professionally.
You maintain accountability for client satisfaction , aligning your team and resources to ensure every deliverable reflects Chase&Co.'s performance-driven excellence.
You identify and seize opportunities to expand client relationships, driving sustainable growth and profitability while nurturing long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing agency experience , managing multiple clients and projects.
- Proven expertise in client relations , including retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Experience mentoring and managing account teams, with a focus on setting and achieving KPIs .
- Demonstrated success in new business development , including identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Strong strategic , analytical , and communication skills , including building and presenting decks to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site 3–5 days per week in Lehi.
