About the Role - The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be technology savvy, a great communicator and is building their sales career. If you are experienced growing existing accounts by cross-selling and upselling, building relationships with customers while identifying problem areas at the mid-market to enterprise level, then let's talk! This is an on-site opportunity growing existing accounts while identifying new business.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing customers to identify their needs and educate them on new products that can help grow their revenue by cross-selling/upselling
- Track your Key Performance Indicators (calls made, contacts established, solutions presented, calls closed, etc.)
- Collaborate with leadership to improve sales scripts, sharing feedback from customers
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
Qualifications :
- High School diploma, degree preferred
- At least 2+years inside sales experience (cross-selling/upselling) a product nationally
- Experience working with a CRM
- Excellent communication skills (video presentation, verbal, written)
- Professional demeanor
- Self-motivated
- Strong track record
- Work well independently and as a team player
- Punctual
- Exceptional MS Office skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must pass a full background check
