Job Responsibilities:

• Place Safety First.
• Leadership: ability to positively interact with team members in training, coaching, and mentoring. Be a positive role model. Lead by example.
• Adherence to paint schedule.
• Ensure proper material flow.
• Proper hanging of material .
• Management of cure delays/oven temperatures.
• Hook and rod placement and cleaning.
• Clearing of washers.
• Data entry.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of paint line processes.
• Data Entry/Computer experience helpful.
• Ability to do heavy lifting (up to average of 100 pounds with partner.
• Ability to stand on feet for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
• Physically agile - ability to work at a fast pace.
