Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, providing accurate and timely assistance.

• Documentation: Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
