Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product or service questions, order tracking, and basic troubleshooting.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the company's CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software (training will be provided).
- Ability to remain calm and patient when handling challenging situations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
