Client Service Associate

Support Relationship and Portfolio Managers in delivering high-quality service to high-net-worth clients, families, and institutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PMs and RMs on client advisory and strategic discussions.
- Build client relationships through advisory interactions and event participation.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare presentations, and perform financial modeling.
- Manage custodian paperwork, contracts, and cash/security transfers.
- Coordinate with specialists (tax, legal, lending) and maintain CRM records.
- Assist in business development and operational improvement projects.
Qualifications - Required : Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of wealth management experience, strong communication skills, integrity, empathy, entrepreneurial mindset, Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Preferred : Series 7 & 66 or CFP (or willingness to obtain), familiarity with Addepar, Salesforce, Schwab, or Fidelity.
