The Fractional Sales Leader will be instrumental in defining and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to propel the organization to the next level. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Audit & Planning
- Conduct a thorough audit of existing sales operations, processes, and performance metrics
- Develop a detailed sales strategy and plan for short-term and long-term growth, aligning with company priorities
- Create a detailed roadmap for a new sales strategy and key milestones of success
- Team Leadership & Development
- Evaluate and restructure the current sales team to maximize performance and efficiency
- Lead an in-house sales team to new levels of performance
- Introduce structure, accountability, and clear performance benchmarks
- Market Expansion
- Identify and penetrate new markets, with a particular focus on hospitality and commercial sectors
- Develop and execute strategies for targeted customer acquisition and retention
- Execution & Growth
- Build and implement systematic sales strategies with measurable KPIs
- Foster intentional, data-driven efforts to scale revenue upwards of $100M
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in driving significant revenue growth and scaling organizations
- Expertise in auditing and restructuring sales teams and processes for efficiency and success
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives
- Experience in entering and scaling new markets, preferably in hospitality and commercial sectors
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Success Metrics :
- Achieve outlined benchmarks and KPIs in the first 30, 60, and 90 days
- Deliver a comprehensive, actionable sales strategy within the first 90 days
- Demonstrate measurable revenue growth and improved team performance within the first year
