Job Overview: Rootstalk is seeking individuals who share their passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, are dedicated to honing their hospitality craft, and find joy in the process. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of serving experience in a high-level dining room, a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to contribute to the culture of the restaurant family.

Job Duties:

- Providing hospitality to guests in the dining room. Making everyone in the dining room feel like they are being welcomed into our home.
- Working in a tip pool system where each service team member supports eachother.
- Setting up the restaurant before service and ensuring the space is ready to welcome our guests.
- Working to code. Following the systems established by leadership and following the steps of service that are outlined.
