Bridges is a contemporary bistro opening this fall, in Chinatown, by alums of estela and NoMad.

What you'll do:

• As a Line Cook, you’ll be part of an opening kitchen launch and first menu. Cooking on all stations, cold and raw, pastry and on our coal burning grill.  
• Communicate openly and work with peers to solve problems and improve the food. 
• Participate in ongoing training and education.

Who you are:

• You have 1-2 years kitchen experience in a back of house position
• You work with a positive and energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment
• You have a strong work ethic with a curiosity to grow and learn

• You work with integrity, warmth and graciousness

• You are able to effectively communicate, give and take constructive criticism, and work productively in a team dynamic
• You are able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods of time 
• You are able to communicate in English, through written and verbal communications  
• You are able to lift 30+ pounds 
• You are available on nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
