*What You’ll Do*

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll:
* *Assess and treat patients* in a skilled nursing facility.
* Develop and implement *innovative therapy programs* to meet patient needs.
* *Document patient progress* and outcomes with accuracy and efficiency.
* *Collaborate with patients, families, and staff* to provide exceptional care.
* Supervise and mentor *COTAs* in accordance with state regulations.
* Participate in the *operation and success* of the department.

*What You’ll Bring*
* A *Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate (OTD)* in Occupational Therapy.
* Graduation from a certified occupational therapy program.
* Possess or be eligible for *state licensure* in Minnesota.
