*Your Role as an Occupational Therapist*
* Evaluate and treat patients in a hospital-based inpatient/outpatient setting.
* Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
* Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
* Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as necessary.
* Drive program development, marketing, and planning.
* Provide in-services and contribute to departmental operations.

* *Education*: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* *Licensure*: Possess or be eligible for state licensure.
