*Responsibilities*
* Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
* Manage and support nursing staff, providing guidance and supervision to enhance team performance.
* Coordinate patient care activities, including IV insertion and catheterization, while ensuring adherence to protocols.

*Qualifications*
* Current RN License
* Proven management and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
