*The Pines Nursing and Rehab* is currently looking for a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist with leading our nursing team!

*Duties:*
* *Develops and maintains nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice in accordance with the nursing policies and procedures*
* *Assesses each resident’s needs and assists in the development of a treatment plan for nursing care to meet the daily treatment and care needs of the resident*
* *Participates in the interdisciplinary team and works cooperatively with team members to ensure the coordination of care and treatment for the residents*
* *Ensures that nursing personnel provide treatments, medications, diets, rehabilitative nursing care, activities of daily living, protective service, and training in self-care as stated in the care plan to ascertain that optimum comfort and care is provided*
* *Train nursing staff in the proper provision of direct care to residents*
* *Lead others through actions consistent with and serve our culture*

*Qualifications:*
* *Current RN license is required*
* *Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)*
* *Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner*
* *Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities*
