MedAdventures is a trusted healthcare staffing company committed to placing talented professionals in fulfilling roles. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)* to join the rehabilitation team at a premier *Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)*.

*Position Summary:*
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide essential rehabilitative care, helping residents regain mobility, improve strength, and achieve their functional goals.

*Responsibilities:*
* Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans for residents.
* Provide hands-on therapy to help residents perform exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic interventions.
* Monitor and document residents' progress, reporting any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
* Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safe practices.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely records of therapy sessions.
* Adhere to all state, federal, and facility regulations and standards of care.

*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
* Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a PTA.
* Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.00 – 40.00 per week
