A vibrant nursing home, located in the Missouri area, is looking for an inspiring and dedicated leader to join our team as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This single-story, hub-and-spoke layout facility is led by an experienced team committed to making significant improvements.

*About the Role:*
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll provide expert leadership and oversight to our nursing team, ensuring the continued delivery of top-quality care to our residents. You will play a key role in staff development, compliance, and day-to-day operations in collaboration with a strong Director of Nursing (DNS) and the broader management team.

*Responsibilities as the Assistant Director of Nursing:*
* Assist in the selection, hiring, evaluation, disciplinary action, and training of nursing personnel.
* Monitor nursing care and services provided by nursing personnel.
* Oversee the resident assessment process and development of care plans.
* Coordinate nursing activities across all shifts.
* Provide direct nursing care as needed.
* Other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Nursing.

*You'll be a great fit as the Assistant Director of Nursing if you:*
* Are a licensed RN in good standing with Missouri.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare field.
* Preferred: One year in a supervisory or management role in the healthcare field.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
